Ember & Oak was founded in a small cottage workshop in Wiltshire, born from a desire to create clean, sustainable home fragrances that don't compromise on luxury or aesthetic.
We believe that scent is the most powerful trigger of memory and emotion. That is why we spend months meticulously blending our bespoke fragrances, sourcing only the finest botanical oils and sustainable soy wax. Every single candle is hand-poured, hand-labeled, and carefully inspected before leaving our studio.
We want you to love your home's atmosphere. If you purchase a scent and find it's not quite your vibe, return it unburned within 14 days and we'll exchange it for another scent, completely free.
To ensure a clean, long-lasting burn and to get the absolute most out of your Ember & Oak candle, please follow our simple care ritual.
Always trim your wooden wick to approximately 1/4" (5mm) before every single light. This prevents soot, keeps the flame controlled, and ensures an even burn.
Allow the wax to melt completely to the edges of the glass jar on your first burn (approx. 2-3 hours). This prevents "tunneling" and sets the memory for future burns.
Never burn your candle for more than 4 hours at a time. Keep away from drafts, children, pets, and flammable materials. Never leave a burning candle unattended.
Once 1/2" of wax remains, discontinue use. Clean out the remaining wax with warm soapy water and repurpose the beautiful amber jar as a planter, pen holder, or storage.
